Next day delivery
Any order placed by 4pm on watches labelled ‘in-stock’ will be dispatched for next day (UK) delivery. Most watches will be dispatched for next day by 1pm delivery. Please note deliveries to EU and international countries will naturally take up to 10 days for the watch to arrive. A tracking number will be issued at the time of the invoice being processed.

All our watches advertised on our site are 100% genuine. You can rest assured that any watch you order from us has come direct from the manufacturer. Please be aware of unauthorised retailers that may source their watches from grey imports or 3rd party suppliers.

Full Refund Policy
CalibreWatches offer a full refund on items returned within 10 working days of purchase. The returned watch must not have been worn in any way and in full re-saleable condition without any micro-scratches. Once we are satisfied the watch is fine, we will the initiate a full refund.
Free battery replacement and strap adjustment in the first year.
All our watches are checked for battery strength before they are shipped. However, should the battery deplete within the first year of purchase, please send it in to us for a 1 day turnaround battery replacement and resealing.
We also offer the service of strap adjustment at the point of purchase. Simply measure your wrist and let us know. We will then take out the links accordingly before dispatch.
