All stocked items ordered by 4pm will be shipped Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day except Saturday and Sunday) within the UK free of charge. Any items ordered from within the EU will be dispatched Royal Mail International Signed For delivery. European orders may take up to 10 days to deliver. Orders from outside the EU may take a little longer to deliver. Charges for outside EU International delivery are shown at the check out point. Please note from time to time some watches may need to be ordered in from the supplier and may take longer to dispatch.
All dispatched items require the customer to sign for the delivery. We will track the item for you until we receive a digital signature from Royal Mail of your acceptance of the dispatched item.

If we debit your card and your watch is not in-stock, we will endeavour to contact you immediately to let you know the precise time of arrival at your door step. If you find that the delivery time is too long (mostly 3-10 working days) we will offer you a full refund to your card.
